Our Great Opportunity 

We are now looking for a 1st Level IoT Engineer for the coordination, support, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities. 

You will:

• Supervise & seek the issues for different platforms and IoT solutions;
• Handle event management activities;
• Coordinate incident management activities;
• Provide support to operators onboarded on the platform.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Education: preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom);
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• IP networking and telecom architecture knowledge;
• Linux and SQL: basic knowledge;
• English language: proficiency level both written and verbal;
• Logical reasoning, continuous driving for improvement, and progress.
