The impact of your role at Ericsson
We are now looking for a colleague responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will also:
• Ensure 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities
• Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management
• On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility
• Interact with customers and internal stakeholders, and provide technical solutions.
• Provide rapid root-cause analysis for various customer IP related issues
How your expertise will make the difference (Qualifications needed)
• Bachelor/Master of science in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Automatics and Computer Science or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Understanding of service provider networks, internet network architecture and routing products
• In depth knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls;
• In depth knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of switching and routing protocols
• Strong knowledges in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, ISIS
• MPLS protocol (Layer 2/3 VPN, TE)
• Cisco (CCNP , CCNP SP)
• Juniper (JNCIA , JNCIP-SP) ; SRX/MX/EX ; Huawei knowledge : NEs, ATNs ; Nokia knowledge: 7750 SR
• Understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G
• Excellent communication skills in French;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Ability to work under pressure related to scale of business impact;
