Job Purpose Summaries:
1. Back Office Customer Support Trainee (3 months - 8h/day)
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible with administrative tasks related to the customer support activity (back office) through tasks such as:
- logistics support
- escalations
- point of contact between various departments.
The ideal candidate:
- Student in 3rd or 4th year in a technical university
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Strong attention to details
- Open-mindedness
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Extra-curricular activities are a plus
- Quick adaptability with an openness to learn and develop
2. Outbound Customer Support Trainee (6 months - 6 h/day)
Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of outbound support on a new project. In this role, you will contact our existing customers for validating their legal consent to receive information from us.
Your main task will be to interact with our existing customers by phone.
The ideal candidate:
- A very organized student
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Proactivity
- Interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to details
- Open-mindedness
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Extra-curricular activities are a plus
- Quick adaptability with an openness to learn and develop
2. Outbound Customer Support Trainee with Bulgarian (6 months - 6 h/day)
Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of outbound support on a new project. In this role, you will contact our existing customers for validating their legal consent to receive information from us.

- Fluency in Bulgarian is mandatory
- Good English skills
- Proactivity
- Interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to details

- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Extra-curricular activities are a plus
- Quick adaptability with an openness to learn and develop
What we offer:
- Paid internship program for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extending this period
- Possibility to work from home
- Program: 8 hours/day OR 6 hours/day (depending on your availability)
- Ability to learn and interact directly with experts in energy management
