Tasks

• Management of the Active Directory Federation Service (Microsoft ADFS) environment
  • Planning and  implementation of single-sign-on configurations between service partners and the Metro Active Directory service
  • Planning and installation of multiple ADFS instances
  • Planning and implementation of technology changes including the associated migration
  • Integration of the ADFS environments into the METRO system landscape (Loadbalancer F5, VPN connects and certificate management)
  • Monitoring of the ADFS systems
  • Providing reports about the usage of the ADFS services
• Planning, implementation and operation of the synchronization service Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) 
• Consulting of the application owners in authentication and authorization projects in an international environment
• Second level technical incident support including 24/7 on-call support 

Skills

• Knowledge of working on Windows Server systems and Linux systems (preferably CentOS) in a virtualized environment (OpenStack and VMWare)
• Deep knowledge in administration of Microsoft Active Directory Federation Service
• Knowledge about SAML and OAUTH authentication protocols
• Monitoring knowledge (preferably CheckMK, Opsgenie)
• Knowledge in creating usage reports and dashboards (preferably Google Datastudio, or Logstash/Kibana)
• Scripting know-how (Power Shell) 
• Usage of Ansible/Git
