Responsibilities:
· Day to day contact for Client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
· Briefing and coordination of Project Management and production support departments & resources (broadcast production, print&digital studio production, etc)
· Overall planning, crisis management and resources allocation
· Strive for better Client and stakeholder relations
· Demonstrate clear understanding of brand and guidelines
· Manage jobs through specific production/Client platforms
· Handle all aspects of Client campaigns from planning through to delivery
· Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic Client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays
· Escalate operation and/or production issues to Operations Director
· Highlight and address quality control issues
· Distribute contact reports and agendas
· Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card and provide production timelines
· Manage agreed budgets and administration
· Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
· Support the Operations Director in supplying client management information and reporting
Qualifications:
· Experience of working in a TV, Print and/or digital production role essential
· Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders would be a plus
· High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
· Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
· Solution-oriented
· Resilience and ability to work under pressure
· Fluent oral and written English
· Pragmatic, team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
· Self-starter
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Highly organised, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
