We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
• Maintain and improve relations with existing clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
• Connect with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
• Manage the projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensure that our work adheres to Greentek and client procedures
• Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of a specific project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables
• Ensure that implementation procedures are closely followed and advise Project Management on impending schedule slippage and overrun, initiating and implementing corrective actions
• Review technical issues together with the on-site team and technical department
• Communicate business relevant information and provide structured feedback to top management
• Prepare reports and attends progress meetings regularly
• Review and approve work progress reports

Profile:
• Relevant experience in sales; lighting, electrical or technology sales business experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Strong account management and relationship building skills
• Highly self-motivated and results orientated
• Office package knowledge is a must;
• English speaker (B2/C1) – mandatory
• Optional German or French
• Technical background (Electronics, Engineering) is a plus
• Licence’s driver B category
• Travelling abroad availability
