Responsibilities:
· Day to day contact with Hogarth worldwide network and Client
· Coordination between internal departments (Audio Video, Studio, etc)
· Overall planning, crisis management and resources management
· Strive for better client and stakeholder relations
· Manage jobs through specific production platforms
· Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
· Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays
· Escalate issues to the superior
· Demonstrate clear understanding of brand and guidelines
· Highlight and escalate quality control issues
· Support the superior in supplying client management information and reporting
Qualifications:
· Experience of working in a TV, Print and/or digital production role essential
· Strong numeracy skills
· Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
· Resilience and ability to work under pressure
· Fluent oral and written English essential
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Highly organised, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
· Demonstrable experience in managing global production projects
