RESPONSIBLE FOR: Preparation of VAT Returns, Accounts preparation, Review of Accounts for Romanian customers (independent workers, small firms) of our client, an UK Accountancy Company.
This job is fully remote. Previous similar work experience in UK is mandatory.
MAIN TASKS OF POSITION:

Must be able to speak Romanian and English Language fluently

Client Welcome & New client setup

Nomisma online portal training and support for clients

Creating strong relations with clients

Ongoing Client Support - Dealing Client Queries

Liaise with clients and HMRC

Chase & Check Client Data for completeness

Preparing client Self Assessments

Preparation & submission of VAT Returns

Preparation & submission of corporate Tax returns
-
Dealing with Payroll & CIS
-
Accounts preparation & Finalisation and CT Returns
-
Management Accounts
-
Introductions for Value Added Services
-
Contract Revisions - Ability to Identify Bad client or non-profit making client

Client Tax Review Meetings
-
Good Knowledge of Money Laundering

Good knowledge of latest legislations
-
Undertaking any other ad-hoc works as directed by the Management
