Account Receivable Clerk

Main Responsibilites:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables data
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted and verify discrepancies and resolve clients payments issues
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Investigate and resolve customer queries related to accounts receivable status
• Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process
• Supporting internal and external audit requirements and preparing and submitting all necessary documents for customers credit refunding request

What we are looking for:

• Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Manager or accountant
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (SAP would be a plus)
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail and BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
