We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for Business Accounts with the Hungarian language to assist our customers when using our product and services.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;

Assisting clients in creating accounts and implementing software, with the support of the technical team;

Analysis of the eCommerce website to ensure that the product meets the needs of the online shop;

Provides customer service assuring customers satisfaction and retention; < finding appropriate solutions for our client's needs;>
Requirements:

Fluent in Hungarian is a MUST;

Fluent in one other language: English or Romanian;

Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;

Familiarity with our industry is a plus;

Understanding of how CRM systems work;

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

Multi-tasking abilities;

Patience when handling tough cases;

Experience in B2B, eCommerce or SaaS is a plus;
