Accountant

VIRES CONSTRUCT SRL member of the HERCE IMOBILIARE GROUP, is looking for an ACCOUNTANT who will fulfill the following:

• Organize, guide, lead, control and will develop efficiently of the financial-accounting activity of the company
• Organize and coordinate the accounting of capital operations, accounting of fixed assets, accounting of inventories, accounting of third parties, accounting of treasury, accounting of expenses, income and results, accounting of commitments and other assets, management accounting in accordance with applicable law
• Ensures and is responsible for the timely fulfillment of the company's obligations towards the state budget and third parties
• Ensures and is responsible for the elaboration of the verification balance at the terms established by the legislation
• Responsible for the fulfillment of any other tasks provided by the accounting law by its application regulation, as well as by the other legal regulations in force, on the economic and financial-accounting line
• Coordinates and is responsible for the activity of the administrative department within the project
• To take care of the verification and signing of the monthly statement of income and expenses submitted to the group
• Considers the verification and signing of orders for materials / services
• Ensures the preparation of internal reports on: bank movements (payments / receipts) in lei and foreign currency, certifications
• Prepares various reports and periodic statements at the request of the General Manager or the Group
• Ensures the periodic inventory of the company's patrimony
• Provides support in the VAT recovery process
• Responds and conducts audits whenever necessary

 You’ll have:

• Graduated of a faculty with economic profile, accounting and management informatics
• +5 years’ experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of tax legislation
• Used to use MS Office operating software (advanced Excel), ERPs, etc.
• Experience in financial control, accounting and management
• Thorough knowledge of the organizational and financial-accounting system
• Solid knowledge regarding the legislation in force regarding the financial-accounting field
• Well-developed interrelationship skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Will show fairness, tenacity, seriousness, positive attitude and decision-making power.
