Requirements:
- basic skills in accounting / AP area / GL transactions
- English language B1-mandatory
- German language basic -nice to have it not mandatory
Job responsibility:
Control expenses verifying invoicing with purchase order /landed cost and cost invoices, book them in Ln, match with Goods Receipt, approve
Job duties:
check cost invoices if they have cost center /project /internal order assigned
collect necessary signatures for invoices
match with goods receipt(GR), allocate landed cost
contact purchasing department for different clarifications
follow up and solve reminders level 1 -2, escalate for GR (goods receipt) with warehouse, in order to book invoices
twice a month report for overdue invoices
monthly report for GR (goods receipt) done without booked /matched invoices, discussions with warehouse and purchasing departments in order to identify and solve problems
checking invoices generated based on sales orders
sending invoices to customers by email
operative daily booking of bank statements
back up for registration of received invoices in LN / for payments run
support incoming by checking the suppliers’ VAT codes
update master data for vendors and client with bank details, payment terms etc.
Other GL bookings (expenses, customs clearance declaration, etc.)
