Cerinte:

  • 3-4 years of similar experience and background as Accounting Manager in delivery/transport/logistics/production field;
  • High Understanding of business procedures & workflows;
  • Ability to notice the most important topics (from financial point of view) that needs to be approached & improved;
  • Experience working in SAP system of at least 2 years, preferably in logistics / retail area;
  • Participation as key user in SAP system implementation would be a plus
  • Team management expertise;
  • Capacity of developing specific financial reports from which it can be extracted very clear various business information;
  • Experience in working with medium-large sized companies;
  • Degree in Finance or related fields.

Responsabilitati:

  • Close cooperation with the Finance Director to integrate, develop and evaluate business processes;
  • Oversees accounting bookings at company level by reviewing trial balance accuracy;
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of accounting, the month-end and year-end processes, coordinating with the finance team to complete the assigned accounting tasks within deadlines;
  • Verification and validation of financial statements and other tax declarations;
  • Provide guidance on finance and accounting treatment to the other team members;
  • Assisting in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation by auditors and fiscal inspectors;
  • Participating in the development and implementation of the company's financial policies and accounting procedures, ensuring appropriate financial control in compliance with local legislation;
  • Being up-to-date with the latest accounting laws and procedures and implement as needed.
  • Supporting, guiding & growing the accounting department designated to you as Accounting Manager;
  • Offering periodically financial expertise through various reports;
  • Developing and implementing internal procedures & policies of each financial designated section - if adjustments are needed;
  • Developing the interaction with other departments in terms of handling requests, centralizing information & deliver expertise;
  • Encouraging innovation & business processes automatization.
