 Job Description

General objectives of the job:

• Bank transactions processing and accounting
• Fixed assets accounting
• Inter-company customer collection and reporting
• T&E Accounting and Balance Reconciliation
• Month-end closing support
• AP Accounting of non-PO invoices

Key Responsibilities

• Respect the health, safety and environmental standards required by Romanian legislation in force and Honeywell's established procedures;
• Works under the LSW, revises the LSW quarterly and proposes changes for approval to the direct manager
• Escalates problems according to the escalation matrix; initiates, conducts and participates in Effective Problem-Solving actions, in accordance with the procedures in force;
• Generates and implements improvement ideas for eliminating "7 Losses and Cost Reduction" in line with the procedure in force;
• Encourages HOS behaviors and HOS procedures implemented within the department
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues in the compartment and other departments

YOU MUST HAVE

• University Degree
• Experience in General Accounting
• Working with MS Excel
• English proficiency
• Analytical skills and competencies:
• Process and results oriented; reliable and consistent.
• Time management, organization and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrate ability to get results and meet deadlines
