Candidatul ideal

• Is required to have strong accounting knowledges related to liabilities, vendors, accruals, advances, external acquisitions;
• Experience required is a minimum of 1 year as payable accountant;
• A degree in the following subjects would be beneficial for an Accounts Payable career: Finance or Economics, Banking or Accounting;
• Employees will be interacting with employers and vendors on a daily basis, so it is imperative they are able to interact on a professional manner at all times;
• English – medium level;
• Well-organized, accuracy and attention to detail;
• Data entry skills;
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a team.

• Keeping track of all expenses and payments, according internal procedures;
• Collect and check all invoices, supporting documents and contracts related to invoices received;
• Responsible of checking and reconciliate supplier accounting evidence, advance, liability, accrual and othersaccounts);
• Collects all approved budgets and check the cost for the invoices collected;
• Accounts payable evidence update (according internal file);
• Obtain information and makes split of multiple cost centres according internal rules and business lines;
• Knows categories of expenses and put them correct in the payable file;
• Contact suppliers / departments managers to collect missing invoices, support documents final invoices for advance, proformas, payment notification and others;
• Prepares and receive letter of confirmation to suppliers;
• Prepares payments in the bank.
