Accounts Payable Accountant with English

Your responsibilities:

• Independent processing, checking and account assignment of incoming invoices with order reference
• Independent clarification and reconciliation of open items
• Ongoing maintenance and adjustment of vendor accounts
• Correspondence with suppliers, especially in Germany and Spain
• Creation of debit notes as well as checking and booking of credit notes
• Cross-departmental cooperation and communication

Your profile:

• Economical sciences graduate with initial work experience in accounting
• Good with numbers
• Knowledge of an ERP systems
• Fast comprehension, analytical thinking and a careful and precise way of working
• Basic knowledge of the European Value Added Tax Act or willingness to learn it
• Good knowledge of English, (German or Spanish knowledge would be a plus)
