Description
- Enhance the overall performance of processes by driving standardization and improvement topics;
- Ensure the quality of the desktop procedures after CIP (continuous improvement process) changes;
- Offer support to other colleagues regarding continuous improvement, process standardization & harmonization and related topics;
- Validate/conduct optimization & harmonization for respective process area;
- Drive standardization activities and operational improvement through the use of continuous improvement techniques;
- Responsible for results of CIP changes;
- (Re)design processes with focus on GPLA;
- Systematic tracking of CIP KPIs and conduction of measurements;
- Monitor and report achievements to higher-level or cross-functional teams;
- Ensure all GSA staff understand the purpose and importance of the CIP team by communicating all relevant information to them;
- Report planned action and progress to higher level teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree;
- At least three years experience in Financial accounting;
- Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI, MM and MS Office;
- Ability to work in a structured and careful way;
- Team player and ability to work in a flexible way;
- Likes to work with numbers;
- Willingness to travel;
- High affinity toward accounting and finance processes.
