Accounts payable

Fujikura is a Japanese company founded in, currently summing overemployees worldwide. The main products of the company are: fiber optics, electronic products, cables and car wiring. On the Romanian automotive market, Fujikura has an experience of over 18 years, with offices in Cluj, Dej and Sibiu. Fujikura Automotive Romania's main customers are important leaders on the world market in the automotive industry.

  We are looking for an Entry level candidate for our invoicing position, to be part of a strong team with global responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Record, revise and register raw material invoices in our internal AP system, being responsible for the correct, complete and timely processing of the documents received, in accordance with the legal provisions and internal procedures of the company;
• Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval before registering, ensure compliance with tax regulations and established standards;
• Keeps track of deadlines for payment of invoices received from suppliers;
• Report the raw material reception problems and any other problems with the merchandise;
• Give feedback to supplier complaints;
• Report the price discrepancies found to supervisors;
• Maintain close relationship with all departments involved in the procurement process in order to find solution and solving different issues that you can find during the registration process;

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Well-organized;
• Detail oriented;
• Good English language / Spanish language is a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• PC operating knowledge (MS Office- Excel);
• Good interpersonal skills, great team player;
• Accustomed to a large volume of work;

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma in economics or equivalent required;
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus;
• Previous accounts payable experience is welcomed;
