Accounts Payable Specialist

 We are currently looking for a motivated Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Accounts Payable Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day Accounts Payable processes, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices. The ideal candidate will have extensive Accounts Payable knowledge.

Working as part of a global finance team, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager based in the London (UK) head office, you will take on a broad and challenging role:

• Playing a key role in transforming the current AP function, embedding new processes and controls
• Ensure all AP related finance deliverables are completed as part of the month-end process
• Ensures invoices are collected, archived and loaded in the payment system and tracks approval
• Support a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis, data gathering and problem solving
• Processes payment in the online payment system
• Assisting with the month end closing
• Assisting with the administration of Concur Expenses and NetSuite financial systems
• Processing payments via online banking system
• Ensuring all payments are generated via NetSuite – for approval and processing 

We are looking for:

 Extensive Accounts Payable experience

• You will need to have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
• Knowledge and skills of basic accounting
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
• Planning and prioritizing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Previous experience of NetSuite would be advantageous
