Accounts Payable Team Leader

We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts Payable Team Leader for our client, an important production company, expanding its operations in Romania, by opening a new SSC office, located in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Participates to the relocation of the currently existing SSC to Romania and actively shape the future Accounts Payable processes.
• Leads the Accounts Payable team and provides guidance on the issues encountered.
• Is responsible for the optimization of the existing processes and for the implementation of a key figure based reporting system.
• Ensures accurate and timely Accounts Payable month end closing activities.
• Drives standardization, improvement and automation initiatives within Accounts Payable area.

 Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance
• Relevant working experience within a SSC, in the Accounts Payable area
• Previous experience in managing teams in a multinational production or SSC environment
• Experience in the digitalization of Accounts Payable processes (. OCR / Robotic etc.)
• Very good command of English
• Hands-on attitude
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
