Accounts Payable with German

This role is for an English and German speaker in a Finance project dealing with activities of the Account Payable process in specific. 

Requirements:

• Assemble, review & verify vendor invoices
• Enter and upload vendor invoices into various workflows/ ERP (SAP)
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice
• Reconcile accounts payable accounts
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Maintain vendor files
• Corresponds with Business users and respond to inquiries
• Produce monthly reports
• Assist with month end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Maintain accurate historical records
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
• Recommend process improvements

What we need from you:

• Advanced language skills, written, reading and spoken: English
• Good to have: medium language skills, written, reading and spoken: German
• At least 1 year experience of working in an AP project
• Adaptability – respond quickly to changing processes, responsibilities & strategies
• Attention to detail – monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently
• Analytical skills – data interpreting
• General math skills
• Excellent communication skills – teamwork & organizational
• Advanced computer skills – Excel
• SAP knowledge it’s a plus
