Key Activities:
- To issue the sales documents (Proformas, Sales Invoices, Credit Notes, Supplementary Invoices) for the tours of the allocated customers;
- To record the sales documents in the accounting system;
- To send the sales documents issued to the customer;
- To solve all the queries received from other departments or customers related to the documents issued;
- Builds and maintains a very good working relationship with the customers and other departments;
- Monitors customers balances and other accounts in the accounting system.
