Responsibilities:
- Maintain the required master data for our Tech clients/debtors and align with Finance;
- Check contracts in regard to invoicing parameters (contact person, address, VAT no., amount);
- Check order backlog and create invoicing proposals;
- Align with project managers and partners;
- Adjust invoicing parameters, if required;
- Forward invoice proposals for billing;
- Storage of sent invoices;
- Monitor incoming payments;
- Clarification of differences with Finance and Controlling;
- Support dunning process;
- General order management;
- Management of statistics according requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance related and 1-3 years of related experience;
- Experience of working in an Accounts Receivable function;
- Knowledge of SAP would be highly appreciated;
- High level of attention to details;
- Excellent communicator with effective written and verbal skills;
- German and English fluent.
