POSITION PURPOSE
The main role of the Account Receivable is to ensure that our organization receives timely collections for services and the records are accurately reported. Additionally, in this position, a suitable candidate will be responsible to provide the management with correct images of invoicing, collections and account receivable balance – risks and opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoice customers through our internal platform;
- Manage collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts;
- Works with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals;
- Analyze aging reports to identify trends and patterns causing missed collections;
- Collaborate with our Sales and Account Managers to solve problems identified through the analysis;
- Research, track and resolve customer chargebacks as needed;
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed;
- Assist with weekly/monthly reports and other accounting projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional qualification in Accounting and/or Finance;
• A minimum of 2 years’ finance and accounting experience in a multinational context;
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax legislation and operational processes;
• Relevant experience working with accounting software platforms and related processes;
• Meticulousness, analytical and attentiveness to detail;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in English, level C1 is a must;
• Ability to work independently and proactively in an international team;
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook,
