CHALLENGES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Acquisition & Sampling Manager, you will focus on participant recruitment for online market research studies across the world. You will take up a central role in our Participant network team based in Timisoara and your main responsibility will be to provide solutions and advice to our consultants when it comes to participant recruitment, feasibility and pricing for each research project. Managing and expanding the network of global recruitment suppliers in the guidance of the Network Operations Manager will fall under your responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact the right recruitment partners to ask for quotations for each research project in proposal phase, based on a briefing by our consultants
- Compare quotations, negotiate on prices, and summarize all pricing & feasibility information of the different partners in a clear way, able to justify suggestions and do scenario communication
- Follow-up on performance & costs of our recruitment partners on very complex projects
- You select and manage our new suppliers ensuring they provide good service against a reasonable cost and high-quality sample
- You help the team for presales and resource management with administrative tasks such as purchase order creation & administration and central supplier administration
- You implement and follow up on easy sampling projects using own resources or DIY tools
YOUR PROFILE
General requirements & interests
- Bachelor degree
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position (. Quotation Buyer, Media Buyer, Presales Manager etc.)
- Knowledge of Market Research and/ or Sampling is considered a plus
- You are fluent in English
- You have good skills in Outlook, Excel and other MS Office programs
- Dedicated to offering professional and pro-active service delivery
- You are able to be a real bridge builder within and outside of the organization
- Strong negotiator and interest in cost management
