  • In-depth knowledge and experience in setting up, operating and further developing the Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Several years of experience working in Active Directory and Directory Services with a deep knowledge of ASAI (Advanced Security AD Infrastructure) topics
  • Experience in analyzing and configuring security settings of AD Domain Controllers based on the Microsoft security guidance
  • Several years of professional experience in the administration of Active Directory in a multi-domain forest in an enterprise environment
  • Experience in disaster recovery for Active Directory (ideally Quest Recovery Manager Forest Edition)
  • Experience in ADFS / Azure SSO and in Azure AD (Global Admin tasks)
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Knowledge of the installation of domain controllers, their operation and troubleshooting in complex AD environments with Sites & Services
  • Experience in monitoring and auditing of Active Directory and domain controllers
  • Maintenance, care and creation of GPO
  • Experience in working with ticket and change management processes. Establish efficient workflow processes and implement changes to improve overall effectiveness of AD services.
  • Administrative experience of Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts
  • The ability to work effectively to plan and prioritize project commitments in balance with responding to IT matters related to the business is important
  • Optimization of AD infrastructure, hardening including associated management systems
  • Implement, manage and improve the IT Security controls based on ISO27000 series
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively in supporting the wider team, an enthusiasm to keep up to date with the latest IT technologies
  • Ability to work in a team and work independently
  • Implement enhancements, define & document standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles etc
  • Fluent written and spoken English
