Requirements:
2-3 years of previous experience in Human Resources management/Payroll;
Computer skills, MS Office package, other human resource management applications;
English - advanced level;
Good verbal & written communication skills;
Good analytical & synthesis skills;

JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Admin Executive, you will be in charge with the following tasks:
Onboarding activities (including but not limited to offer letter release, employment contract preparation, employee ID creation through company/ client tool and other necessary arrangements);
Employee administration (employee letters, contract& personal data changes); Revisal updates;
The process of managing and updating the personnel files of current employees and archiving inactive files;
Pre-payroll activities (time and attendance and leave management);
Benefits administration;
Exit process;
Drafting various documents, as requested by employees and other functions (employment certificates, tenure and health contributions certificates, addendums to employment contract etc.)
Preparing reports related to work volumes.
