Admin & Support Officer Claims & Collection

We are Euler Hermes and we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Admin & Support Officer who will become part of our team in the EH Romania - Bucharest office and will be responsible for handles all assigned tasks in support of claims and collections on time and without error.

We would be happy to welcome you in our team if you would like to have the following responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating C&C files and assigning them to the C&C user;
  • Communicating (written) towards PH - Broker/Debtor;
  • Ensures an impeccable quality of data in the diverse IT systems;
  • Creating and updating Claims & Collection files and assigning them to the Claims officer & Collector;
  • Communicating (in written) with clients and brokers;
  • Chasing documents and missing information via e-mail & transferring the gathered information to the relevant departments;
  • Executing payment management tasks including the recording of received payments, allocating recoveries to claim files, informing relevant stakeholders about payment;
  • Create reports in MS Excel;
  • Executing Collections fees management tasks including invoicing collection costs;
  • Calculating success fees, recharging and invoicing legal fees;
  • Escalation to local teams and including account manager in case of unresponsive customers (chasing);
  • Participating to test campaigns.
