Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities for this position are:
- document administration: scans, registrations, translations), scanning of invoices, distributing of correspondence and preparing parcels;
- trainings and events organization: handling food orders, organizing monthly anniversaries, restaurant reservations); organizing the annual medical check; organizing corporate events;
- office administration: preparing conference rooms; checking office spaces for cleanliness; communication with the building administration regarding issues;
- general manager assistance: meeting minutes drafting, scheduling of meetings;
- purchasing activities: keeping the optimal stock for snacks, beverages, cleaning products, stationary, in the company;
- other temporary activities that might arise;
Profile:
Educational Level: Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
Experience:
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in ta similar position; experience in a software company is a plus
