Overview
STREAMWIDE is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Specialist with outstanding administrative and communication skills. Our new colleague is expected to be a conceptual thinker with very good organizating and time management skills. He/she must be a reliable person with the ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, he/she should possess a solid understanding of supplier relationships, primary accounting and administration and be very good at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in their actions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience;
- Romanian and English proficiency is a must, French is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet browsing applications;
- Primary accounting experience;
- Travel arrangements experience;
- Experience with supplier management;
- Experience in working with senior levels within an organization;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
- Strong work ethic & high personal integrity;
- Results-driven personality;
- Very good organization skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors on company premises and manage incoming / outgoing mail;
- Ensure the smooth running of the office, by organizing the document filling system, keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders, and liaising with suppliers and partners;
- Ensure a good communication with all departments and provide accurate information in a timely manner;
- Perform primary accounting tasks, including expense reports and budget tracking, working in close cooperation with the accounting services provider;
- Make travel arrangements for StreamWIDE employees;
- Schedule interviews and meetings;
- Work closely with HR for different employee related tasks (team buildings, events, employee on-boarding, etc);
- Assist in planning and organizing the company's participation at various events, seminars, and conferences;
- Provide Support to the Country Manager with different administrative and core business tasks.
