Main responsibilities:
- purchase materials, equipment and services for internal company use
- submit Purchase Requests and Expense Reports as part of the acquisition process
- coordinate and organize small events (Team meetings, Team Buildings, Training/ workshops,)
- analyze and prepare reports, presentations
- organize and schedule meetings
- provide general support for visitors
- guidance for employees that are requesting a visa for business travel
- guidance regarding Adobe Romania issues/ inquiries.
Requirements:
- excellent command of English
- advanced in MS Excel
- organized, client oriented
- ability to multitask and prioritize, time management skills
- open to feedback, self control, adaptability
- team player, networking skills, effective communicator, problem solver
