For the Romanian office, PETERKA & PARTNERS is looking for an Administrative Assistant with relevant experience in an international professional environment, able to serve our local team and to deal with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Very good command of English (other foreing languages represent an asset)
- At least 2 years of full-time working experience in an international professional environment
- Strong computer skills (good level of Microsoft Office package is a must)
- Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability
- Dedicated and highly organized
- Able to deal with diverse administrative and organizational duties (document processing, telephone screening and agenda scheduling, travel arrangements, involvement in primary accounting reports or marketing activities may be requested etc.)
- Willing to learn new things and show open attitude
Advantage:
- Previous background as an administrative assistant in a law firm is a plus
