- Handling office tasks, such as filling in the arrival-departure list, archiving documents and reordering supplies;
- Handling administrative tasks, such as introducing prices, blockades and bookings;
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate colleague;
- Provide polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail;
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure a positive experience;
- Greet and assist visitors;
- Always willing to support other departments when requested.
