This person must prove high enthusiast for working with people in view of helping them to positively change their lives.

Key requirements:

- University degree preferrably Psychology, Sociology, Laws, Foreign Languages, Theology 

- Hard working and perseverence 

- Good analitical skills and native patience

- Great communication, great empathy  

- Fluent English

For the initial 6 - max 12 months, this junior will have approx 30% of working time dedicated to administrative tasks of the office and the rest of the time dedicated to executive search projects, acting as a direct support to a senior consultant.
