Purpose
- Be key interface to one of our vendors who are the accounting outsourced third party to Xerox shared services
- Support the company of 40 heads for admin tasks.
Main Responsibilites
- Scan supplier invoices and send to our 3rd party provider
- Support HR and company Representative where required.
- Support the 3rd party provider with their requests
- Liaise with Group Reporting Manager
- Support Xerox Internal teams
- Support Pricing team
Candidate Skills and Requirements
- Worked in multinational environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft office products - Excel.
