We are currently looking for an Advanced Optics Engineer to work on developing products for gas leak detection with using technologies.

Your key responsibilities

• Research gas and solid state lasers, infrared, masers, and other light emitting and light sensitive devices
• Design optical components, provide and maintain optical models for embedded products
• Create test plans and loops
• Ensure technical tasks are completed timely and within given requirements.
• Work based on selected methodology (. Scrum)

Your contributions to the team

• Ensure manufacturing and maintenance of optical components in products
• Mentor other team members
• Participate in technology roadmaps
• Evaluate and handle integration issues with multi-functional teams
• Support project planning, provide estimations, identify risks

Your qualifications

• Technical education (engineering, optics, physics etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with optical systems
• English B2 or higher

• Proficiency with optical design and analysis tools (. Zemax, Code V, Trace Pro)
• Ability to take measurements
• Understanding of embedded systems
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits
• Detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
