KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – will get to:

  • Actively seek and recruit new affiliates in key markets in order to expand the program
  • Manage, retain and maximize the acquisition potential of existing affiliates
  • Motivating existing affiliates to optimize performance
  • Increase existing portfolio with new performing campaigns on a monthly basis in accordance with target, budget and profit margin set
  • Manage campaign performance against deliverable to ensure that optimal results are achieved on a case-by-case basis in line with strategic objectives
  • Plan, execute, optimize and report on media campaigns and affiliate performance
  • Create and implement online advertising campaigns
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide a high standard and efficient service to our clients
  • Work in accordance with the established strategy and within budget to achieve set targets
  • Analyze profitability of campaign

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of strong affiliate management experience
  • Excellent use of English language
  • Excellent ability to sell the benefits of the affiliate program and acquire new business in key markets
  • Strong analytical skills. Excellent ability to analyze data, performance of affiliates and campaigns
  • Sales mentality, focused on acquiring new business and driving operations to optimize value and profitability
  • Basic HTML knowledge is preferred
