Agile Tool Engineer

Job Description :

As an agile tool engineer withing our Control Tehnology  Software Development Team you will have as responsibilities to 

• set up and maintain the necessary tool set for Software Development and integration within a project in close cooperation project team : build infrastructure ( Jenkins farm, build tools) ; continuous integration and testing environment( GIT/ Gerrit ,automatic testing); tools for for software development workflow ( Jira, Xray)

• strive for continuous optimization and automation of the SW deployment workflow & tools according to project needs
• 1st contact of project team with respect to workflow & tools topics
• documents the tool & workflow usage and instructs the project team

• ensures compliance with process & quality requirements

• develop your technical skills
• work on worldwide projects with colleagues that have different cultural backgrounds

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Job Requirements :

• University Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication, Informatics etc.)
• Good programming skills in C embedded
• Microcontrollers knowledge is a plus
• Embedded systems knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Soft skills: result orientation, good communication skills, ability to analyze and organize, team player.
