Description
As an Digital Applications Technical Specialist you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Digital Applications used by our customers for self-service online interaction Regina Maria.
You will also participate in the run phase of the projects by offering support services and guiding the clients on the lifecycle management of digital applications.
Responsabilities
What will you do in our team?
Coordinate the implementation of Digital Applications that will bring to customers self-service interaction with our company;
Manage external vendors and their deliveries;
Work across Agile teams to design, develop and implement solutions;
Participate in architecture discussions, influence the roadmap;
Communicate with all stakeholders during the project;
Ensures the quality of deliverable products and ensures that the delivered products comply with the requirements;
Provides post-implementation support.
Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT&C or related area or equivalent work experience
Have a good understanding of multi-tier applications (Web, application, batch, messaging, REST, webservices)
Be able to understand technical discussions: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST API’s, SQL, etc
Have good problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to assimilate new information and complex topics
Experience in working with Agile methodologies and tools (. JIRA)
Able to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
Communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developing Teams, QA, etc
