About the Role

The Issuer Relations team is responsible for coordinating, managing, and responding to various corporate communications with Sustainalytics. The team is located within the Sustainalytics Research Products unit and is required to have robust relationships with all other firm departments. We are a growing team and looking for team members motivated to learn about ESG in general, and the explosive rise in interest of corporates in ESG in particular.

Job Responsibilities
Sustainalytics Issuer Relations team is seeking a business professional with ESG experience to:
• Help maintain a client relations database to manage corporate contacts and communications.
• Respond to corporate queries and resolve in a timely fashion.
• Opportunities to take on more responsibilities

Qualifications
• A Bachelors degree; relevant ESG experience a plus;
• Experience with direct client/company interactions;
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work across teams and via remote work environments;
• Strong analytical skills and creative, problem-solving attitude;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel;
• Experience with CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics, preferred.
