ANDROID DEVELOPER (SENIOR/MEDIOR)

We are looking for an Android Developer (Senior/Medior) for one of the key players in the banking industry for a project of 6 months with options of extensions based in the area of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Project description:
The client is reinventing the future of banking by giving millions of users access to products and services through the best look and feel of the native application. You will be involved with taking care of the apps Tikkie, Mobile Banking and Grip.

As an Android Developer you

• Know both Java and Kotlin

• Are passionate about great UI and UX

• Want your code to be reliable and testable

• Like to have things automated in your workflow

• Love clean code and clean architecture; you want to be proud to keep your name on the header of the source code file

• Master your documentation skills

• Make use of opensource frameworks and tools, with your your own contribution as well

• Understand the importance of knowledge sharing: you like to share your findings and thoughts with others (via speaking, posting blogposts or writing documentation, for example)

Technical skills (Medior):

• XP 3+ years in Android

• Java and Kotlin

• Knowledge Android standard, for example, Retrofit, Dependency Injection

• Async programming (Reactive, coroutine)

• XP with Android patterns, such as MVVM and MVP

• CI/CD, (for example, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

• TDD

Technical skills (Senior):

• XP 5+ yeas in Android

• Being able to coach junior developers

• Soft skills ( knowledge sharing, giving presentations)
