AOI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Defines, validates documents and maintains  AOI/AXI, Laser marking process ;
• Creates programs for new products, mechanical adjustment and calibration of equipment's;
• Create and ensure the work instruction for equipment's and products;
• Trains the operators when introducing a new product in manufacturing line;
• Ensures the training for the technicians when a new equipment coming in the production line;
• Responsible for process improvements and optimization to reduce costs and improve quality;
• Defines corrective actions in order to fix any process issue related to AOI/AXI, Laser marking;
• Order spare parts/ consumables for the equipment use; 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in mechanical/electrical/computer engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of related working experience;
• Previous experience in Automotive industry is a plus;
• Expertise in engineering principles to perform comprehensive line quality troubleshooting;
• Communicates effectively with cross functional teams, management teams, and customers;
• Team player and able to work with minimum supervision;
• Initiative to drive towards problem solving and continuous improvement activities;
• Fluent in English;
