Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application.
• Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
• Perform technical/ product training for salespeople.
• Ability to conduct evaluations & customer demonstrations.
• Carry out inspection & Soldering machines/processes.
• Travel to project sites to preform tests when required.
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company process.
• Maintain professional business relationships.
• Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.
• Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth 

  Skills & Experience;  

• BA/BS in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent.
• Experience in the electronics industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Fluency in English.
