Project Overview

We are looking for new dedicated colleagues in our application management teams in Brasov.

Together with NTT DATA Germany we have expanded our project portfolio for the greatest Bavarian automotive producer.

In this project we are offering end-to-end technical support and most of our applications are in our ownership, beginning with the first incident until to changes in the backend code, servers, databases.

What you can expect & what we want you to do

• Incident Management (identification, categorization, diagnosis, resolution)                                       
• Problem Management (diagnosing the underlying cause of the incidents)
• Change Management (change tickets und change tasks)
• Availability Management (monitoring)
• Release & Deployment Management (new releases, new versions, migrations)
• Knowledge Management (preparing the project documentation)
• Configuration Management (configuring the applications at technological level and assigning the responsible persons)
• Log analysis
• Job creation
• Bash / PowerShell scripting for monitoring improvements
• Glassfish migrations (from version 3 to version 4)
• Oracle upgrades from . to Oracle 19c
• Server configurations and application implementation on servers
• Windows Server migrations (fromto 2016)

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win

• At least 2 years of experience within application management and technical support field
• Strong knowledge in Linux, Windows and Oracle Databases (SQL)
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting represents a plus
• German and English knowledge is a must
• ITIL Certification represents a plus
• Experience in the automotive industry is nice to have
