AR Accountant

For our Research & Development Center in Timisoara we are looking for an AR Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Posts customer payments by recording cash
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
• Keeping track of all incoming payments
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Preparation for the audit of the local financial statements and of the group, according to the areas of responsibility
• Preparing reports for management;
• accompanying the transfer of AR tasks to Romania (travel activity during the transfer)

Skills and experience:

• University Degree (Accounting, Finance)
• Experience in accounting (bookkeeping and fiscal legislation)
• MS Office
• Knowledge in English – conversational level
• Hands on mentality
