Architect

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and proactive Architect to join our amazing team in Timisoara. In your role, you will be responsible for all phases of architectural work including brief development, planning, designing, and overseeing the construction, working closely with the project team. You will be involved in building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion with the purpose of delivering high quality, functional and formal solutions.

The goal is to match the client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional, and coherent pleasing designs.

Responsibilities 

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design including
• Compile the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all works are carried out according to COS concept standard standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
• Follow architectural trends and advancements
• Ensure of continuous personal development on workplace and architectural evolution and norm specifics

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an Architect
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic and technical skills
• Concept design and Space Planning
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (mandatory - AutoCAD, 3ds MAX V-ray, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup)
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• BS degree in Architecture
• Proven experience with filing for construction permits and architectural documentation drafting (DTAC, PT & DDE)
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills
