Canam Group in Brasov began as a small detailing office in 1998 which afterward became a major company on the Brasov market with its own building and more than 350 employees. 

Our team in Brasov provides 3D modeling, detailing and estimating services for constructions such as buildings, steel structures, and bridges. We work for our plants and offices in Canada and for other North American steel fabricators. We also have our own IT team developing software for internal usage. 

Job Summary

      Complete 3D models of buildings as per the architect directives using Revit software while ensuring that all project criteria are met. Creates the architectural layouts as per the building concept received from the architect.

Essential Functions

• Gather, examine and interpret information from project documents;
• Complete 3D models of building as per contract;
• Coordinate discrepancies and missing information;
• Detect and propose solutions for possible interferences between different trades;
• Complete all the architectural layouts of the building in collaboration with the architect;

Requirements

• Technical faculty diploma;
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, specifications, governmental regulations, drawings and project documents;
• Revit software knowledge: medium + 
• Knowledge of English language: speaking, reading and writing;
• Knowledge of French language: reading and writing;
• Good learning and communication skills.

We will provide a training program upon hiring for specific standards, norms and specific tools (2-4 weeks).
