Area manager BULGARIA

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AREA MANAGER   for our stores from Bulgaria!

As the AREA MANAGER  in the team, you will play an integral role by providing operational support on complex issues as well as contributing a fresh approach to strategic challenges to support the HR Manager and the DISTRICT Manager.

This is the perfect role for you if you are looking for a role which has a lot of variety . 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the existence and validity of the required documentary base in each store (document check)
• Monitors of the documents/info displayed at the cash desks
• Monitors the efficient organization of document flow in/in stores
• Salary calculation   
• Monitors wages  (salaries)  in the labor market (draw up The Salary fund Report)
• Monitors competition  regarding to: Functions, work programs, inventories, re-labeling,targets etc
• Control - Maintaining team integrity - working with team Component - directly with the District Manager
• Control - training of new directors and insurance with Director Assistant for Directors - in case the District Manager fails
• Control employee Evaluation through PST - directly with the District Manager - on the level of service customer, knowledge of KPI indicators, organization and work with management , perspectives
• Keeping the climate in the shops (prevention/settlement of conflicts)
• Discipline control on stores
• Solves exceptional cases in the store (when the District Manager fails)
• Keeps under controll Security in work

Job Requirements:

• University Degree in management
• Native speakers Romanian 
• Good level of English and Bulgarian
• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong planning skills
• Tenacious, committed and results-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong and ongoing business/advisory relationships with customers and business partners
• Ability to propose, manage and execute a strategic, long term account plan
