Your main responsibilities:
- Drives the implementation of programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing the store managers to implement them;
- Plans, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to store managers to ensure smooth flow of operations;
- Responsible for operational and financial results in the allocated area;
- Constantly reviews stores environment and key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture of IQOS;
- Challenges and inspires team members to achieve business results;
- Secure full crew and managers structure for successful stores openings;
- Focus on store operations and managers team coaching to secure best operational performance;
- Provide full assistance in relationships and cooperation with our partners from PM;
- Propose innovative ideas to increase capacity, efficiency, performance;
Our expectations:
- Retail experience min. 2 years
- Team management min. 3 years
- Experience analyzing financial reports min. 2 years
- Driving license for min. 2 years
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Knowledge of customer service technique
- Organization, planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-building skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both oral and written)
