AREA STORE MANAGER IQOS

Your main responsibilities:

• Drives the implementation of programs by developing action plans and directly motivating and instructing the store managers to implement them;
• Plans, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to store managers to ensure smooth flow of operations;
• Responsible for operational and financial results in the allocated area;
• Constantly reviews stores environment and key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture of IQOS;
• Challenges and inspires team members to achieve business results;
• Secure full crew and managers structure for successful stores openings;
• Focus on store operations and managers team coaching to secure best operational performance;
• Provide full assistance in relationships and cooperation with our partners from PM;
• Propose innovative ideas to increase capacity, efficiency, performance;

• Retail experience min. 2 years
• Team management min. 3 years
• Experience analyzing financial reports min. 2 years
• Driving license for min. 2 years
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Knowledge of customer service technique
• Organization, planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-building skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both oral and written)
