ASISTENT MANAGER

Cloud Innovations is looking for an organised and self-driven person for the following role:

JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job responsibilities:

- Preparing, managing and organising client offers;

- Sending contract samples (email);

- Account Openings;

- Bank Wire Transfer knowledge is an advantage;

- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word);

- Strong English knowledge: Written & Spoken (Good to have - C1 Level);

- Working schedule: 10:00 - 18:00.

Requirements:

- Excellent English skills (Written + Spoken);
- Experience with any customer support environment is a plus;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers;
